Our photographic Service includes providing mounting and matting of your photographs, art work, posters and prints. This service is available for both your black & white prints as well as your color prints on photographic papers and digital inkjet papers.
We use 4 ply matt mounting board that is acid free, and board that is available in Natural White or Black color. The dry mounting gives your artwork or pictures a professional appearance giving it that "neat" look. By having your artwork or photographs dry mounted it will prevent the work from bulging or buckling over the years.

WINDOW MATTING
Window Matting is the best presentation for your art or photographs. Using the same archival material that is used in mounting of the artwork, the addition of an additional layer of material helps to enhance the presentation. Photographs are first mounted to the 4 ply archival backing material (and priced as above) and than framed using the colors of your choice, using the same quality archival material (acid free) for longevity of your artwork. Photographs do not have to be dry mounted to a backing, but it does give a more professional presentation to your work. Next window matting is cut to the recommended dimensions for the size of your print. For example; a 5"X7" photograph is matted with a 8"X10" board, a 8"X10" photograph is matted with a 11"X14" board, a 11"X14" photograph is matted with a 16"X20" board, etc.

A double matt consists of two layers of matting material, usually of different colored material. Double matt is a second opening cut 1/4" larger than the first opening, with the intention of adding depth to the presentation.
