Photographs are taken the day of the wedding and usually commence at the church.  The base price is our minimum package called The Hour Glass and begins at $250,00.  The next additional hour, or fraction of is $125.00.  Each subsequent hour is charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour.  There is no charge for traveling expenses within Tomah, Camp Douglas, New Lisbon and Mauston.  If a milage charge is determined, it will be at the rate of 50 cents per mile.  The amount of images taken varies between 100 and 120 and the number of images is not necessarily in proportion to the time.  Every effort is made to capture the significant momements of the wedding story.

Each wedding collection includes one CD, with a thumbnail print sheet.  Polar Photography retains the copyright but allows the client the right to make print copies from the CD.  With each wedding booking, the client will receive a DVD presentation of the wedding event (non-copy able), and coordinated to music.  Additional DVDs may be purchased at $20.00 per disc.

A $250.00, non-refundable deposit is reguired to reserve your wedding photography date.  We do not reserve a date without a deposit.  The remaining amount of photographic fee will be paid 10 days before the wedding.
